I started a new job with IBM today. Here's a screenshot I just grabbed from the IBM website.I am excited about this. The work will be in a new division devoted to enterprise search and content discovery -- the same thing Verity did. Since it is a telecommuting position (with about a 25% travel requirement, mostly in the mid-atlantic region) I can remain in Charlottesville!
The compensation package is excellent, and I believe IBM is too big to get swallowed by any of its competitors :)
